The author of three popular cookbooks: “Ani’s Raw Food Essentials”, “Ani’s Raw Food Desserts”, and “Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen” (awarded “Best Vegetarian Cookbook USA 2007”), Ani has quickly become the “go to girl” on healthy living using fresh, whole and raw food ingredients. She is the recipient of four Best of Raw 2008 Awards for Best Chef,
Favorite Cookbook and Favorite Educator.

As a prominent expert in the raw food community, Ani has developed raw vegan menus for Carnival Cruise Lines, ADIDAS, STOMP, and Whole Foods Markets, among others. While a consultant for the ADIDAS Fitness Center, Ani drew upon her experience as a former high school athlete and her thorough knowledge of nutrition, to show the ADIDAS
athletes how “fueling up” with raw nutrition aides in optimal performance.

Ani’s mission to make a difference doesn’t just stop in the kitchen.  Ani also volunteers with Project Angel Food, a non-profit organization providing 1,300 free meals per week to HIV and cancer patients.

Ani hosts “Ani’s Raw Food Kitchen Show”, the award-winning #1 uncooking show on YouTube. She has appeared on the Travel Channel’s Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, San Francisco’s View From the Bay featuring Spencer Christian and NBC New York’s LX New York. She has also been featured in numerous magazines including Food &
Wine, Food Network, Alternative Medicine, Oxygen, VegNews, Delicious Living, Vegetarian Times, and Get Fresh.
